#29.12: Antelope & spinach lasagna
Well here I go again, changing recipes before I've even tried them the way whoever invented them wrote them. This is supposed to use ground turkey, but I think that is really expensive and when we processed my antelope we didn't add anything to it, so its very lean! I bet its even better for you than turkey!
Click here for the recipe that I changed with the meat type and I substituted pizza sauce for spaghetti sauce that I make from a packet and tomato sauce (jar sauce is too expensive I think so I don't buy it) and I used cottage cheese instead of ricotta (hey I was unemployed for a while, cottage cheese is cheaper)....maybe I'm just cheap, no I do not think that is possible....anyway, I think I followed the rest of the recipe.

This has to be the most interesting blog title ever. Seriously, you are very Wyoming-ish! :)

I laughed out loud when I saw the title, because antelope is not an ingredient that you see in any recipes out there on the internet! Those of us who get wild game usually just substitute it in for ground turkey/beef/chicken/whatever, and it's better for you and tastes just as good if not better!
