And to be honest with you, I'm struggling with what to say, what to write about, what do you even want to hear about??? So I'm asking you for your ideas.....what in the heck do you want to read about? What topics do you want to know my thoughts about? What direction should this blog take? Anything! please help a girl out here!!!!

It took me more than 30 days of little exercise, more than 30 days of not watching what I was eating, more than 30 days of consuming too much alcohol to look like this on the left. And it took me more than 30 days of weight training and intense cardio, more than 30 days of active activities on my "rest day", more than 30 days of logging every single thing that I put in my mouth, more than 30 days of limiting alcohol intake to START to LOOK and FEEL like the old me on the right. When in reality I am a new and improved me. I'm happier than I've been in a long time. I'm proud of what I've accomplished and I'm ready to go farther. I've been inspired by many, many people have put in the hardwork and dedication to lose weight, get happy, get healthy....whatever their end goal may be. These are people that I know and some that I don't. My Facebook has become somewhat of a gym these days.....all I have is posts from the fitness groups I have join

the best thing about Hawaii??? There is SO much to do! and do we did! We were some very busy vacationers and it was a blast! Picture overload coming.....Hawaii is easier to see than to describe. Paddleboarding - I took a swim off mine first thing, but we sure had fun on them. They weren't too challenging and we saw tons of sealife. My favorites were the school of flying fish and the huge sea turtles!  Snorkeling - we snorkeled right outside our condo, off our kayaks and went to Black Rock in Lahina too. Snorkeling scared the crap out of me at first, but once I got the hang of it, and realized I could breathe it was really fun! Kayaking - with whale watching and snorkeling. Hiking and beach walks - We went for sunrise walks on the beach to check out the area. We hike to Iao Needle at a State Park and the blowhole....which wasn't blowing but still had beautiful scenery.  Zip & Dip - a really fun ziplining experience with EcoAdventures! I

I’m afraid I may have some bad news for the blogosphere, this might be my last playlist for a while, seems that the place of work has decided to keep me on the road for the foreseeable future, bastards! So, between that and trying to squeeze in some golf, boating and other activities, I may not be able to get another list out (I’ll try… if you ask real niceJ). Guess I better make this a good one! Here we go! Natural Disaster, Zac Brown Band Ain’t Worth the Whiskey, (let’s do the) Chancey William and YBB (version) Dirt Road, Kip Moore (Since I’m in Colorado while writing this) Dimebag, Cross Canadian Ragweed Sangria, Blake Shelton Hope this ties you over! Enjoy!
